  • Complete the online application, including $50 application fee
  • Submit the following documents in one package:

    •   Copy of valid driver’s license
    •   Copy of recent utility invoice (FPL, water, cable, etc.)
    •   Copy of most recent report card
    •   Copy of most recent standardized test results
    •   Copy of Individual Educational Plan (I.E.P.), if applicable
    •   Copy of original birth certificate
    •   Original yellow Florida School Entry Health Form (must be up-to-date)
    •   Original white (previously blue) Florida Certification of Immunization (must be up-to-date)


  • Once our admissions office has reviewed the application and associated documents, an appointment for an academic entrance exam will be scheduled. Additionally, Glades Christian Academy will submit a Reference Form to the student’s current school.
  • An academic entrance exam may be requested for any student applying for admission
  • The $300 non-refundable registration fee is due upon acceptance to reserve your child’s spot
  • Glades Christian Academy will enroll your student with FACTS, our tuition company. You will receive an email from FACTS between May and August to enroll in a payment plan.
